Somewhere out there

It happens all the time in any non-given moment that a few words pops in to Me mind. With luck a few hours later the lyrics to a song is ready on paper. At that moment the ready product is clear sounding in my head. I know exactly how it will sound.

Next step is to plug in guitars, keyboards into the amps and computer, in hope to get a demo recording of the tune. A job that´l take hours! At last everything seams to be fair enough to use when I realise that I have to do it all over. Maybe I missed a chord somewhere or played a faulty note in a solo sequense.

A couple of days later the demo is redy to be used. Now its time to use a microphone and sing the best I can do. A couple of channels will be used for the vocals and in app 90% those channels will not sound at all like the tune in my head. Do it again....

And so it goes on and on until I finally give it all up realising that I cant sing the way I want to!

The Epiphone ES-175 guitar seams to be getting used to its new owner, and with that starting to sound just the way I hoped it should. Well with only two humbucking microphones I thought it might give even better sound with an extra microphone so such an item was installed. Next on cue is to give the guitar a Bigsby tremolo unit.

The progress of my band is going on furter. One out of hopefully three female lead singers have been found and she may be occupied in singing some kind of karioke at her home with the recorded song as background.

An adwert for an old Kenwood reciever at zero cost made me jump and call the owner who was actually an old freind of mine. Leaving His place with the Kenwood He also did agree to play the drums in the band....great.
